YOU CAN BE… ANYTHING!
by Glen Downey
CATALOGUE
You Can Be… Anything! explores how identity, like art, emerges in response to an ongoing daily stream of influence, choice and happenstance. Each piece develops organically from unexpected combinations of nostalgic objects, craft materials, natural elements, fragments of daily life… Anything!
In a world where generative software can now produce content instantly, this software-free body of work celebrates painting as a slower, meditative act of human expression.
Accompanying videos invite viewers to follow each process, revealing how meaning and form evolve together through contemplation and discovery.
We are forever in an organically generative process of becoming, and you can be… Anything!

GROUNDING
by Kate Pullen
CATALOGUE
Grounding is a body of work inspired by my mental health journey and subsequent quest for mindfulness amidst chaos. The series emerged from the simple yet profound practice of grounding—pausing to engage with our senses. While the concept is straightforward, its application is challenging, especially in turbulent moments. Walks with my dog through our neighbourhood became a space to practice this new 'noticing', and with the resulting artwork I hope to capture those fleeting moments of clarity, exploring the interplay of shape, colour, texture, and composition to evoke a deeper connection to the world around us.

DARUMA (達磨)
by Dan Go & Nyssa Braid
CATALOGUE
Daruma delves into the complexities of adult life by revisiting the stories, toys, and shared childhood experiences that shaped our early worldview. The pieces in this collection blend these elements to examine the uncertainties we encounter as we transition into adulthood. Interplaying youthful dreams with the realities of grown-up life, viewers are invited to revisit and reconsider the narratives they once believed in, and to ask whether they can still hold meaning and guidance for us as adults.

FANTASMA
by Isabella Hayes
CATALOGUE
My second solo show, Fantasma, examines the intrinsic relationships between humans, animals, and nature—how we are them and need them, and how they are us and need us, forming a sacred ecology of ‘we.’ However, our connections to the modern world have distanced us from our true nature, rendering us ghosts—fantasma—in our own worlds. By embracing curiosity in what we create, fantasy and mythological machinery become symbols of capitalist distortions, endearments to our creations, and calls to return. Calling us back to each other, to animals, to earth—an invitation to lovingly weave ourselves back into the interdependence of all life.
