VOYAGER
By Cameron Brideoake
“Distant lands, remote tribes, exotic plants. My quest for knowledge is as much a literal voyage around the world as it is a literary voyage. Whilst travelling the globe is inspiring, I find that a day spent at the library can be an amazing journey in itself.
These artworks are dedicated to the memory of Carl Sagan for his contribution to the Voyager space program and inspiring me with a love of science and discovery.”

TUTTI FRUITOPIA
By
Renae Burton & Tessa Moncrieff
Renae Burton and Tessa Moncrieff’s ‘Tutti Fruitopia’ is loosely based around
societies’ connection to coastal living and tropical lifestyles. Nostalgic feelings
are conjured up with the sight of ocean sunsets, the smell of coconut, the
taste of colourful fruits and the sound of seagulls. ‘Tutti Fruitopia’ is a place
we call paradise, it’s a calypso dream that makes you feel bliss [if only for a
minute]. Like the vision of heat waves modulating off the sand and the buzz of
cicadas emitting their repetitive drone to summer’s sweltering temperature;
this is where the coastline starts getting a little ‘Tutti’, maybe even a little ‘Fruity’.
